MISS KITTY SAVED BY A STRANGER
	On a cold night last winter, a call came into Feline Friendz from a local bartender with an urgent plea for help. He had witnessed a cat foraging through the dumpster for food. The cat was very frail looking, ribs showing, and scared to death. With the frigid temperatures already in place and temperatures set to drop in the night, he was certain she would be dead by morning.
But, Feline Friendz answered the call. While the cat was very skiddish, Feline Friendz was able to capture "Miss Kitty" and get her immediately into foster care, where the next day she could be seen by a vet. Weighing only 5.5 lbs, with frost bitten ears, Miss Kitty was in a life threatening survival state. Bringing her back to health would take someone with experience and alot of patience. Being declawed, she had no way to defend herself or to hunt for food. The vet determined that this little girl had been so starved that she had devoured a pizza box in an attempt for any kind of nourishment.

Being placed into foster, Miss Kitty was nurtured back to health, where, despite her slightly disfigured ears is simply grateful for her new surroundings filled with love, warmth and plenty of food. She loves to have discussions with her owner, but her favorite is to sit on a lap and be loved and admired! She is now up for adoption and waiting for a home that will offer her a permanent inside residence full of love, play and alot of warm laps and snuggles!
